Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the Grand Hotel. The beautiful sea views and spacious common areas were definite highlights, but I encountered some issues with the room condition and overall cleanliness. The location is fantastic for exploring Llandudno, but the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, it offers good value for money but has room for improvement.
The hotel is located in a fantastic area with beautiful views of the sea, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by some significant issues. The room I stayed in was outdated and not very clean, which was disappointing. The breakfast quality left much to be desired, with limited options and some items not replenished. However, the staff were nice and helpful throughout my stay, which did help to improve the overall experience a bit.
This hotel has a lot of charm with its historic character and is located right on the pier, providing stunning sea views. While the rooms have a pleasant nostalgia, they desperately need updates and deeper cleaning. The dining options left much to be desired, but the friendly atmosphere made up for some of the shortcomings. The entertainment was enjoyable, adding to the overall experience, but parking can be a challenge during busy times.
I recently stayed at The Grand Hotel Llandudno, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The views from our sea view room were absolutely stunning, and the space was quite large. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of certain areas, as I found some spots quite dusty and the overall maintenance could use improvement. The staff, while friendly, didn’t seem to manage the services to the best of their abilities, which made for a rather frustrating experience. Nonetheless, the breakfast was decent and the location was fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel while enjoying a short getaway. The room was basic but clean and offered lovely views. The staff were a bright spot, being attentive and helpful throughout my stay. However, the dining options really let the experience down; I found the food to be underwhelming and not very fresh, which was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has potential with its location and staff, it needs significant improvements in the dining area and some maintenance.
